Stoof ze in een grote pan met de olie, de sojasaus en de honing op laag vuur tot ze zacht en lichtjes gekaramelliseerd zijn. Voeg de oregano toe en meng.  <\/p><\/li><li class=\"western\" lang=\"fr-FR\"><p>Verwarm intussen de oven voor tot 220\u00b0C. Rol het pizzadeeg uit (liefst met de hand) en leg het op een vel bakpapier. Verdeel de aubergines over het deeg, maar laat de rand vrij. Beleg met de in plakjes gesneden Hervekaas en kruid met peper.
